Each Chill Co. sauna is custom-built and prepared specifically for you.
We require final payment before installation because once our team completes the setup, the sauna stays with you in your home.
This step ensures a smooth handover — ready for you to heat up, cool down, and chill.
Do you offer custom saunas?
Yes, absolutely. Contact us if you are looking for something custom, we can design and build saunas to fit your specific space, layout, and style preferences.From material finishes to size adjustments, our team will work with you to create a setup that feels perfectly at home
Installation process
From the time your order is confirmed, your sauna is typically ready for installation within 2–4 weeks.
We’ll stay in touch throughout the process to update you on manufacturing and delivery timelines.
For custom requests, timelines will be confirmed during the quote process.
Do your saunas come fully assembled or flat-packed?
Our saunas are delivered flat-packed and assembled by our team on-site.
Installation typically takes 1–3 days, depending on the model and setup requirements.
Do the heaters need regular servicing?
Our heaters are built for durability and long-term performance, so they don’t require frequent servicing.
We do, however, recommend a quick annual check-up to ensure everything is running efficiently — especially if you use your sauna regularly.
Are there any additional charges for delivery?
Delivery within Johannesburg is included in the price.
For areas outside Johannesburg, delivery and installation costs are calculated based on distance and will be confirmed during the order process.
